On Friday 13th September, Emerge Youth will be embarking on a special progressive dinner, visiting different hosts from One Hope Community Church for a fun, community-building night!

We will be splitting into 3 groups, each heading to a different house for entree and then another house for main. We will meet back at Cavell Corner for dessert & recap.

We are planning to leave at 7pm from Cavell Corner, as some groups need to drive about 20 minutes and we want to make sure we have enough time with each host. Please be there on time so we can leave as soon as possible. Pick-up will be at Cavell Corner at 9:30pm, but feel free to come in and join us for dessert!

I consent to my child/ren taking part in the Emerge Youth outing this Friday. 

I also authorise the leaders in charge to transport my child/ren to the proposed destination and back. 

I further authorise the leaders to seek any medical assistance if the need arises.
